The registration fee is not too different from the 2024 workshop, but costs for food and lodging have risen substantially in recent years. The registration fee includes the following:
- A full lunch buffet, Monday—Friday.
- A light continental breakfast (coffee, fruit, melons, pastries, and orange juice).
- Coffee and tea during the entire day.
- Afternoon break (cookies, brownies, beverages)
- A welcome reception on Sunday early evening.
- Refreshments during the poster sessions.
There will be a “Networking dinner” Thursday evening. You can sign up and pay for this on the registration site. For other dinners, conferees can make arrangements among themselves. The hotel has several restaurants and there are many other Cocoa-Beach restaurants within a 30-minute walk.
The excursion will be to the Kennedy Space Center (KSC). We are working with collaborators at the KSC on the details, date, and cost for this event. A link will appear in due course.
There is a slightly reduced registration fee for graduate students. We have applied for funds to provide additional support for graduate students. If the application is successful, we will provide partial funding for the students.
